Refund policy

 Returns are accepted for store credit only. To begin the process, you must FIRST email us at info@caelestico.com

If you need to return or exchange goods purchased from Caelesti Co., they must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of stains, odors, animal hair, and have tags on them. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Caelesti Co. 

Goods must be postmarked for return within 7 days. Caelesti Co. does not cover return shipping costs, but we’ll happily cover the shipping cost of all outgoing exchanges.

Note: all plush toys, hats, headbands, teethers, pacifiers, pacifier clips, swaddles, bibs, bath/body products, and nursery decor are FINAL sale. Additionally, any/all sale items cannot be returned.

 Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed once received. From there, please allow 1-3 business days to receive store credit.

If you're exchanging goods, email us first at info@caelestico.com to ensure the replacement item is in stock. Additionally, please allow up to 2 weeks for your exchange to be processed.
