What are your shipping options?
We offer various USPS shipping options for US customers only. Shipping costs will vary depending on the total weight of the goods in your cart and your desired shipping method. You can find the total cost when you go to check out.
For domestic orders: if you select "USPS Ground" as the shipping method at checkout, your package will come with insurance up to $100. It can take anywhere between 1-5 business days to arrive.
How long will it take for my goods to ship?
Before shipment, our production time (on most goods) is 5-7 business days. This does not, however, include weekends, holidays, and shipping times. If you need it sooner, send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org), and we’ll do our best to work our magic for an added fee of $15.00.
I need my goods sooner rather than later, can you rush them?
Yes, for a fee of $15.00. This fee ensures your order is processed immediately ahead of our other customers. Depending on the availability of specific inventory, your goods will process within 1-3 business days. If you’re interested, send us an email (email@example.com) before you complete your purchase.
Can I send my goods as a gift?
When you check out, remember to use the recipient’s address as the shipping destination, and you’ll have the option to write a note to include there, too! We’ll handwrite a personalized card on your behalf to make the delivery that much more special.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do! They make the perfect gift when you’re not so sure what to get for your loved one.

The color on my goods look a little different from the computer, why is that?
We do our very best to showcase our designs as perfectly as we can on our website. However, every computer monitor is a little different, so you can expect colors to vary slightly.

What type of printing process do you use?
We use a top-of-the-line DTG (direct to garment) printer.
How do I care for my garments?
When washing them, we recommend inside-out and tumble dry on a low heat setting. For best results, wash cold and hang or lay flat to dry.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes. Returns are accepted for store credit only. To begin the process, you must FIRST email us at email@example.com
If you need to return or exchange goods purchased from Caelesti Co., they must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of stains, odors, animal hair, and have tags on them. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Caelesti Co.
Goods must be postmarked for return within 7 days. Caelesti Co. does not cover return shipping costs, but we’ll happily cover the shipping cost of all outgoing exchanges.
Note: all plush toys, hats, headbands, teethers, pacifiers, pacifier clips, swaddles, bibs, bath/body products, and nursery decor are FINAL sale. Additionally, any/all sale items cannot be returned.
How long does the return process take?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed once received. From there, please allow 1-3 business days to receive store credit.
If you're exchanging goods, email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure the replacement item is in stock. Additionally, please allow up to 2 weeks for your exchange to be processed.
Can you tell me where my goods are at?
When you place an order with Caelesti Co., we’ll send you an email confirmation so you can track the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions about your order, email us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line.
Help! USPS said they have delivered my package, but I have not received it.
A missing package is never fun! Unfortunately, once a package is marked "delivered," Caelesti Co. is not responsible for missing packages due to theft or USPS error. If you haven’t received a package marked "delivered," please check with USPS via their phone (1-800-275-8777) or email them here.
If you have any concerns once your package has been received by USPS, you can open an investigation/claim by clicking here. We’ve found that recipient-initiated investigations are a smoother process when routing the inquiry through correct channels, so unfortunately, we’re unable to offer to open the investigation on your behalf.
